I completely agree with the sentiment of the article. If I were to offer any constructive criticism would be that other countries are suffering from the same resilience-driven burnout-shaming culture, not just those with a slave based past. I think the problem you have unearthed is the quick fix that corporation have failed to address. And that applies to any Western country with a Capitalist economy.
