‘Cornea’ 7th November 2020
Improve your Veterinary Ophthalmology with BrAVO
It has been a year since the last BrAVO conference. Back then, we had a fantastic weekend at the Marriot Forest of Arden Hotel in Birmingham, and we had a range of renowned Veterinary Ophthalmologists from all over the world delivering lectures about Ophthalmology in reptiles, birds, and other exotics.
This year’s unfortunate events led to the cancellation of the pre-BSAVA conference in April. It was a sad day for all of us, however everyone at BrAVO have worked incredibly hard and have managed to bring Ophthalmology back to the forefront of the veterinary profession.
BrAVO welcomes all Veterinary practitioners and students with an interest in Ophthalmology in the UK and beyond to our Winter Conference. And to avoid disappointment, this time it will be an online meeting, from the comfort of your own home.
Our speakers have all agreed to deliver lectures in one of the most important subjects of Veterinary Ophthalmology: ‘Cornea’.
Among speakers:
● Chris Dixon, CertOphthal MRCVS MRCVS and RCVS Accredited Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Ophthalmology, from Veterinary Vision Ophthalmic referrals.
● Christine Heinrich, RCVS & European Specialist in Veterinary Ophthalmology from the Eye Clinic.
● Sara Thomasy, Professor of Comparative Ophthalmology at the University of California from UC Davis University.
Abstracts will be presented during the day as is customary in BrAVO conference meetings, and there will be an opportunity for guests to ask questions at Q&A sessions after each lecture.
There are still places available via the following link.
